Do not stay here. It’s a dump and they put a $75 hold on your card for nothing. The internet is bad and they charge for internet for streaming. My room had broken heat and the door was stuck open when I arrived.

This was the third time staying here and everything was fine. The room was clean and well kept and everything worked as it should. The staff was very friendly and responsive and there was always hot coffee available. It really is the only place to stay in the area outside of the horribly expensive casino hotel cluster at the next exit. I was disappointed to see they had taken down the boxing photos / memorabilia...it was a very nice display and something the hotel should be proud of with the International Boxing Hall of Fame right across the street.

Hotel is not well maintained and have to question the cleanliness. If you have no other option you’ll get a bed and roof over your head. It didn’t appear there was any emphasis on even maintaining “curb appeal”.

Stayed at Days Inn Canastota for 2wks (I'm an Aussie) & loved my room. It had most of what I needed. The room looked fairly recently renovated. I had to have my friend show me how to use the shower because we don't have those types of faucets in Australia lol! I can't wait to come back to visit again... I miss NY so much 😭 Massive thanks to the friendly staff!
